Home Sick Home....?????????

Weekends....
My most busiest day(s)... = (
out & about & managing all my home affairs...

U guys relaxing at Home... Bestnyer

So I'm gonna share/write about...

"Home Sick".....

Yes dear,
Our homes have a laundry list
of ways to multiply bacteria and toxins.....

OMG.....

Think of home and an expansive list of homilies come to mind about it
being our castle,
where our heart is....etc.

But truth to tell it also has a dark underbelly;
more than half of food borne illnesses and 65 percent of colds are contracted
 in our very own homes.

How so?

Here's a rundown of a few suspects that
help fuel this scenario....

AIR SUPPLY

Have you had a recurrent sore throat, runny nose or watery, itchy eyes?
Does your head hurt?
Feeling tired and irritable?
People usually attribute these
symptoms to a cold or flu...,
but experts in air quality caution that in a significant number of cases, these symptoms are due to elevated concentrations of indoor air pollutant caused by poor ventilation.

We keep breathing in the same air over and over - that includes every chemical we use indoors that emits vapours - some of which are toxic.

Radon - an odourless, colorless gas found in every type of house is the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking in many countries.

Granite countertops - not all thankfully, only about 5-10percent of granite on the market includes uranium that can emit radon gas.

Ventilation ducts for our air conditioners and air filters are also a happy breeding ground for mould spores.

FISHY TALE

People love aquariums in their houses. Me too but fish tanks contain potentially harmful bacteria if the water in the tank is not cleaned regulary.
Dead fish left in a murky fish tank can decay and also lead to hygiene and breathing issues for humans and even skin irritation.
Additionally, the small bubbles that rise to the surface of the tank from the air filter spread aerosal droplets into the air that may contain biological organisms, such as bacteria, viruses or fungi.

CAN'T TOUCH THIS...

Keyboards are loaded with germs....
more so than an average public toilet bowl that contains 41 germs per square inch versus the average personal keyboard that hosts some 21,000 germs per square inci....

"Toilet bowls get cleaned"
but
"Keyboards rarely do"

So can you just imagine the amount there!!!!!!

TRAVEL BUG....

You may have been bitten by travel bug in more ways than one since your last vacation...
- you may have brought home
 some bedbugs too...

How So?

Via your suitcase!!

These insects, which hide in the crevices of mattresses and bedding,
 are showing up everywhere.

From hostels to the swankiest hotels
- and they often find their way into people's luggage and transport themselves into unsuspecting homes.
Bedbugs cause hepatitis B and other disease and they're becoming an increasing health problem.....

Scary kan....

We should Care for Life....

We have to prevent all the above from happening

so that our life will be...
