Pure Love truly...

Bonding with grandmother is important, whether they live far away or next door.

The bond between grandmother and their grandchildren seems to be a magical one.

"GrandParents (grandpa or grandma) and grandchildren
are hard-wired to connect in ways different
from parents and children.
They have this adoration
and unconditional love and joy in one another's existence."

My children's grandmother whom they call her MEK offers
unconditional love, encouragement and support.
She also share her wisdom and wealth of experiences.

My kids absorb from their grandmother @ MEK a sense
of history, identity, heritage and the vital
connection with the past.
Mek life stories will grow in value as
my children become adults and she also teaches them values and pass on family traditions.

My hubby and I will do everything we can to foster
strong relationships between MEK and her grandchildren.
Obstacles, such as geographical location, can make family togetherness difficult,
but it is not impossible..

We love & miss u MEK...
can't wait for the holidays to fly back HOME...

Lastly I GUESS.....

Grandparents really are "GRAND"...
Regular intergenerational contact reflects
 a high a value
for family togetherness.
The connection between generations
benefits both the
young and the old.
Grandchildren will keep grandpa or grandma
feeling younger
and grandchildren will be wiser
bcoz of their grandpa or grandma.

Sharing is Caring...
