Pumpkin and Prawn in Coconut Milk (pepagi dah masak)

&  pepagi dah masak
sebab lepas ni buzy nak packing....

Masak Lemak Labu Peringgi (kuning) 
dgn Udang...
- my version...

Ingredients :

Yellow pumpkin
normally I use only half
cut into large pieces
Fresh Thick Coconut Milk
Fresh Tumeric 1cm
Red Onions 2
1 Garlic
Black Pepper
Fresh prawns
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
Shrimp Paste (belacan) 
cili padi satu atau dua...
Sugar / Salt
(sukatan agak2 lah yer...)

Method :

Place Pumpkin into a pan and add water..boil
(just a little bit to make the pumpkin soft...
ni versi nak cepat masak...)

while waiting for the pumpkin jadi lembut sedikit...
Blend Onions, garlic, fresh tumeric, tumeric powder, salt, black pepper, sugar & belacan
together with the thick Coconut Milk 
until smooth.

Add the mixture into the pumpkin & cook on low to medium heat to prevent coconut milk from curdling.



Add fresh prawns
Once the prawns is cooked..taste before serving..



ala2 ginilah yer....
Nak hidang for Lunch.. so Mum snap snap
terus menerus jer dari dlm periuk ...
Panas panas lagi...

nak sedap...
lauk ni peneman dia...
Ikan Goreng Garing2...
atau Ayam goreng simple tapi garing...
sambal belacan 
ulam2..

tapi 
boleh juga cuba 
resepi ni...



I use baby pakchoy... kailan, sawi also can...
cara2 dia..
Vegies tuu di blanch sekejap..put aside.

Tumbuk beberapa biji cili padi 
+ garlic 1
till halus
Tumis guna minyak yg sedikit till wangi tapi jangan bagi garlic hangit...
Masukkan sedikit air..
+ oyster sos 
+ kicap masin
+ kicap masin
semua sikit2 jer...
dahhh siap..
angkat & gaul2 bersama sayur tadi..
hidang & mamam...
